Before Kimberly helped organize my office, everything was haphazardly placed; there was little order to anything. I couldn’t find what I needed without great effort. My Office Manager and I would spend countless amounts of time looking for files and other printed information because we had so much to sort through on my desk. It’s sad to admit this, but even opportunities to participate in moneymaking ventures were missed. By the time I relocated the needed document, the respond by date had expired. After putting like files together and purging unnecessary and outdated papers, it was possible to work more efficiently. I could even see my desktop!
